This is the case study for the dedicated app for the Clairidge Theater
(This is my first design for my UX Certification)
It was a fun challenge trying to find the best way to make a ticketing app that could incorporate a lot of elements I enjoy about other movie ticketing sites, while cutting what I don't.
Since I love movies so much (I even wrote one!) I figure this would be the best way to begin my UX Journey.

A TICKETING JOURNEY
The Clairidge Theater is a local cinema serving several
neighboring suburban towns. This new app will allow cinema
lovers to book tickets in advance, choose their seats, order
concessions, learn about upcoming programming, earn rewards,
save preferred seats, and tell their “CinemaSquad” friends about
what they’re up to at the theater!
What is the best way to make this so that everyone can use it?
Creating a ticketing app that is easy and fun to use!

The hard part? Learning if the theater owners are in alignment with their customers' needs.
Luckily, it seemed that everybody wants the same things.
Above all, though, everyone wanted it to be easy and fun to use!
